Want to sell a water park? Grab Sinatra.

One of our most favorite radio spots ever produced was for Paramount's King's Dominion. They wanted to sell a family water park, we wanted to do something that would stand out on the radio. The result? We found a piece of stock music, wrote the tune and lyrics to match, and hired Sinatra singing sensation, Ricki Derek, to perform. Needless to say, the park was packed that season.
